28th July 2018 – Rats vs Woodies

Saturday the 28th July Warringah Rats vs Eastwood at Rat Park.

We need you here as we push for a home finals in all grades.

Next Saturday will also be our annual Sponsor’s Round which recognises the tremendous investment and support from our partners and sponsors who’ve helped frame who we are today. We boast some of the longest standing sports sponsorships in the country and we believe that much of our success is enabled by the phenomenal people in the grandstands and not just on the field.

As a Club we are collectively always trying to raise the bar for what Club Rugby can be and where it can grow. It simply comes down to the leadership within the Club, rallying the right people and aligning with the right businesses who share a big vision for what can be achieved.

Next Saturday we celebrate you.

The Express Referee Course scheduled Monday 16 2018

The Express Referee Course scheduled Monday 16 2018

Referee needed in NSW

The express referee course is being run at NSWRU HQ, David Phillips Field on Mon 16 July (i.e. next week) from 6-9:30pm. It’ll be in Mina’s café (end of the building between the Waratahs field and the artificial grass hockey/soccer fields).

The course will prepare attendees to either do Club to Appoint games when NSWRRA is short and cannot cover every game in Sydney, or to referee regular games (whether that be Juniors, Seniors or Schools).

It contains all the content of a normal Foundation course, except that SmartRugby is assumed knowledge. This is an online course which attendees should do prior to Monday night through theRugby Learning Centre. It takes about 90 mins (depending on how thoroughly you do it), and can be done over multiple sitting.

To register email Alex Richards: ARichards@nswrugby.com.au
