Be part of Warringah Rugby’s future
by becoming a Patron of the
Rats Rising Program.
The Rats Rising Program is an opportunity for you to directly support the development of our local playing and coaching talent on the northern beaches
through a tax-deductible donation.
The program aims to create the best ongoing high-performance junior to club rugby pathway in the country and help our players, coaches and club rise to the top of Australian Rugby.
The Rats Rising Program will:
Assist and support the long-term success of Warringah Rugby Club and its players on field through investment in high-performance rugby programs for both male and female players;
Provide the latest infrastructure necessary for pathways for our junior rugby players through Colts, Grade and representative rugby.
This includes training equipment, grounds, S&C facilities
Provide the best coaching resources, coaching training, specialist coaches and other rugby specific training programs e.g. training camps, junior academies, 7’s programs;
Our Ambassadors
The program will help local players and coaches achieve their rugby dreams by staying with Warringah,
just like our Program ambassadors;

Through the Friend of Warringah’s fundraising partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation,
your donations are tax deductible.

We have already started...
Ned Slack-Smith, a local Warringah Junior, was recently awarded the inaugural Rats Rising Scholarship.
To ensure we retain, nurture and promote our local juniors, the program aims to award scholarships annually to help them achieve their dreams.
Ned is now contracted to the Western Force and recently selected in the Junior Wallabies team for the U20’s World Championships.
Hopefully, we can help this Rat rise to the top of Australian Rugby.
