Refund Policy:
Fees are only refundable if another team can be secured to take your place in the competition. This is dependent on:
The timing of your withdrawal relative to the competition draw release and/or competition commencement 
Availability of a replacement team willing to enter
Sufficient time to process the team change before the competition begins
 
If a replacement cannot be arranged, fees are non-refundable for obvious reasons.
